When you submit the form, you'll be automatically sent an email asking you to confirm that you want to go on the list.  The email will contain two links, one to confirm membership of the list and the other to cancel your subscription.  Simply click on the link for what you want to do and we'll act accordingly. If you choose to confirm, we'll send you the latest newsletter; if you decide to cancel, your record will be erased from the database completely.
