ChipFolk 2011!

For me, the highlight of the dancing at this year's festival were the Britannia Coco-nut Dancers from Bacup in Lancashire. I'd seen them on the television earlier in the year when a documentary on BBC 4 included their tradition of dancing their way through the streets from one side of the town to the other every Easter Saturday regardless of the weather.
Their web site announces that it will tell you everything you want to know about them - but also that almost everything it tells you is open to conjecture!
